Received your item but it's not working out? Just changed your mind?

You placed your order in good faith. Now What? Don't worry, we have a 100% money-back guarantee that applies to this policy:

  • You can make a return request within 20 days if the goods/products in your order are broken, faulty, inaccurate, or incomplete (missing parts from manufacturer) at the time of delivery.
  • All items are packed securely to prevent damages. Items can be returned within 20 days from the original date of their purchase, if in their original packaging, in an undamaged and new/unopened condition. Original tags and accessories must all be included with the goods.
  • If you ordered multiple items, and some of the selections come in a damaged condition, you would only be eligible for a partial refund.
  • In both instances, the buyer is responsible for covering postage costs, ordering a returns label, and sending the items back to us.
  • While this may seem a little stern, in interests of hygiene regulations and for your protection we do not accept returns of, or refunds on, unsealed cosmetics, pierced earrings including the backings and replacement backings, jewellery sets, or real body jewellery unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
  • No refund or exchange is given on E-gift cards and on opened blind bags unless faulty.
  • Refunds will not be honoured to products that arrive back to us in a used or tampered condition including but not limited to:
  • • Products which have been treated using colouring agents or other styling products
  • • Products which have had heat applied to them e.g. have been curled or straightened
  • • Products which have been damaged e.g. hair which has been cut
  • • Products which have been removed from their packaging.
  • • Products which have had stickers or labels removed
  • • Products which have been subjected to environmental damage such as cigarette smoke.
  • • Products which have been used or tampered with
  • • Products that have been subjected to unrecommended environments and exposed to unfavourable conditions such as exposure to seawater or chlorinated water.
  • Note: We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that are not returned within these guidelines, or come from another business or merchant platform. If all of the items returned are in a used condition / has been used by you, you will not receive a refund. We retain the right to ship a product back to you if it is returned to us in poor condition - delivery charges may apply.
  • Please read our FAQ's (bottom of the linked page, use ctrl+f on your keyboard to find a specific word in the accordion!) for more info. which should provide you with extra/more clarity. You’ll need your receipt of proof of purchase to continue to start a return.
  • If you haven't received your item after a minimum of three mornings, or you believe your item has been lost in the post or has been delayed, please contact us so we are made aware within 7 working days of your order. This also concerns missing items, deliveries later than the expected guide time etc.
  • European Union 14 day cooling off period :
  • Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Ready to Return?

You should find your order number on your invoice in your order confirmation e-Mail. or in Manage Orders Enter it below with your phone number, and reason (if it is an exchange, attach a photo of an item with the same price and quantity as what you ordered), and click ‘Proceed’. Once done, follow the instructions on the next screen on how to return. You can go to your nearest courier service (preferably a post office with Royal Mail Services) to return back your item to the provided address. We ask that before returning your items, you please fill out the following Returns Form with details as completely as possible.
